Terms & Conditions

Bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis, and the only bookings we can accept are those accompanied by payment. We regret that we are unable to hold spaces through verbal or e-mail requests.

 

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SPACE

1. Please make cheques payable to Adan-Art for £45
2. Please complete Booking Form and return this to us, with your cheque.
3. Send it to Adan-Art, 26 Main Street, Sewstern, Grantham, Lincs. NG33 5RF

When we have received your Booking Form and payment, we will telephone or e-mail you to confirm your booking.

 

Cancellations

The classes are very popular. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked so that we can give someone else the chance to have your place.

If three days notice or more  is given, we will refund your booking fee in full.

If  less than three days notice any payment received are non refundable and not transferable to any other workshop or holiday.

Adan-Art reserve the right  to cancel a holiday or workshop. If for any reason a holiday or workshop is cancelled an alternative will be offered or a full refund will be made.

Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings

Adan-Art is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings or property whatsoever.

Please dress appropriately, you could get some paint on your clothes.
